 Rescue American Jobs - dedicated to educating the American public and bringing awareness to the implications of economic policy, trade policy, and immigration policy through media awareness and public awareness campaigns.

  Numbers USA  - Send free faxes to your politicians to protest H-1B. This organization takes up all aspects of legal and illegal immigration. They devote substantial parts of their website to H-1B and other temporary visas.

Center for Immigration Studies  - This is a think tank that has archives of studies about worker immigration issues. There are many academic papers that are heavy on analysis and statistics. This site is great for serious researchers.

Americans For Better Immigration have an excellent resource online to see the H-1B voting records of our politicians. They grade each politician and show their voting records. Consider this site a must to see where your representatives stand on immigration issues.
H-1B Abuse American Style - authored by an H-1B who has suffered abuse by greedy American Corporations. This is a tough, hard hitting, and angry  site that is a must read to get the other side of the H-1B story. 

FAIR - go here to do serious research on all aspects of H-1B and immigration

American Engineering Association  - An organization for engineers that is concerned with immigration, unemployment, loss of our manufacturing base and many other professional issues. They dispute the ITAA assertion that there is a massive shortage of engineers.

A guild of professional programmers. They have huge archives detailing the politics behind H-1B and why this program is destroying the scientific infrastructure in the U.S.

Technology Employment and Engineering Manpower Newsletter - A site run by the AEA that includes engineering and information technology employment issues. Check out the "Critique of Department of Commerce Report on Shortage of IT Workers".

Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE)  - This organization has been on the frontline of the controversy on H-1B. Sometimes, though, it is difficult to tell whose side they are on.

The Coalition for the Future American Worker - This organization is on the H-1B battle lines. They help sponsor ads to inform people of the H-1B scam.

Project USA - a group that wants mass immigration to be controlled

VDARE is an interesting collection of writings about immigration and H-1B. 
Face Intel  - Employee abuse by Intel. Discusses how Intel misuses H-1Bs. Documents the blatant age discrimination that H-1B enables.
Coalition for Fair Employment in Silicon Valley - John Templeton conducted a “sting” operation, sending real resumes of well-qualified minority programmers and engineers to Silicon Valley firms that hire large numbers of H-1Bs. Templeton found that “Not one of the companies responded to the resumes.”
SoftPac was the original H-1B activist site. Larry Richards battled H-1B in the early days and inspired the H-1B Hall of Shame. See the LCA that he got approved from the DOL for 20 programmers for $5 an hour.

Fogg Center for Labor Market Studies, 2000. This pro-business study claims that the threat of labor shortages can only be solved by using H-1Bs.
Economic Policy Institute - is a nonprofit, nonpartisan think tank that seeks to broaden the public debate about strategies to achieve a prosperous and fair economy. The website contains a wealth of data on employment trends, labor markets, globalization and trade, and education.

Final Report No. 06-96-002-03-321 This is the most revealing look into the fraud and abuse of the H-1B visa that has ever been published. If you have any doubts about how bad H-1B is, read this study that was done by the one agency that should know - The Department of Labor.
OIG Semiannual Report to the Congress April 1, 2000–September 30, 2000. This is a stunning follow-ups to the previous OIG investigation because it shows that nothing has been done to correct the fraud and abuse in the H-1B visa system.

Joe Guzzardi - an instructor in English at the Lodi Adult School, has been writing a weekly column in the Lodi News-Sentinel since 1998. Some of his hardest hitting articles about immigration and guest workers is archived at Vdare. Guzzardi isn't afraid to be politically incorrect and tells it like it is.
Diane Alden - Her 5 part online series includes "H-1B: Bombing the Middle Class". It's an excellent study that explains how H-1B ties in with the "free-trade" globalist agenda of the WTO.
Michelle Malkin - Malkin's hot selling book "Invasion" explains why H-1B is a threat to national security. She has many archived articles that are worthwhile to read. Malkin's syndicated columns are archived at several sites.
Samuel Francis is a conservative syndicated columnist who writes a twice weekly column covering some of the most controversial issues of the day. He takes a hard stand against H-1B and illegal aliens.

Pakleppa is a wannabe immigration lawyer that gives psuedo-legal advise on alt.visa.us. Pakkleppa's advice is nothing more than chat as the disclaimer on his site says it all: "I am not a lawyer. I have no legal training. Please, if in doubt, be sure to use the services of a professional lawyer whom you trust."  Doubt this guy at all times because he knows just enough to be dangerous!

House Immigration Subcommittee Holds Hearing on H1B Visa Fraud - William Yates of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) stated that the INS did a study of 3,247 cases referred to an American Consulate in India. He said that "they were unable to verify the authenticity of close to 45% of the claims made on the petitions.
