Arizona Labor Condition Application

When companies decide to hire an H-1B they must post a Labor Condition Application at the place of work as required by Public Access and Retention of Records. This LCA was posted in the HR office of the Arizona State Parks department. Note that in Part A of the document there are checkmarks for the traditional H-1B as well as the new H-1B1 visas that resulted from the Singapore/Chile Free Trade Agreement.
