Next week the Senate is going to try to cram some very bad immigration bills
down our throat. This is a sneak attack by the Senate to pass huge immigration
increases while avoid public debate.

Senators will try to attach three proposals to the Department of Defense
authorization bill:

(1) SKIL Act -- huge increases of H-1B and employment based green card visas.
It also gives L visa holders a fast track to green cards, and makes it easier
for foreign students to come here and hold jobs.

(2) AgJobs -- greatly expands H-2B visas for unskilled workers. It also gives
agricultural workers who are illegal aliens a path to amnesty.

(3) The DREAM Act -- forces states to give "in state" tuition to students who
are illegal aliens. It also has various amnesty provisions especially for
illegals who graduated from our high schools.

WHAT YOU CAN DO: NumbersUSA is ramping up a huge campaign to fight this.
Work with them and any other immigration reform immigration you can. If there
isn't a public outcry very soon we could have an immigration disaster in a
matter of days!

Tonight: Amnesty Agenda
Democratic lawmakers in Washington D.C. could attach two amendments to the
Defense Authorization Bill next week that would legalize millions of illegal
aliens. We will have a special report on the continued push in congress to
pass bits and pieces of the Senate's immigration reform bill that died last
June.

And, we'll be joined by three of the best political minds: Ed Rollins former
White House political director, Michael Goodwin of the New York Daily News and
syndicated columnist Miguel Perez to discuss President Bush's prime-time
address on Iraq.
