More Dubious Job Ads

Here are two more job ads that restrict hiring to H-1Bs. There is an
interesting contrast though, and it may affect the legality of the ads.
The first one is for a company called Global IT Staffing, whose
corporate headquarters is in Simi Valley, CA.
Since Global IT Staffing's corporate headquarters are based in
California it would seem that they are subject to our labor laws. I
searched all over the web, and spent time on their website, and yet I
could never determine who owns them (How much do you want to bet they
aren't American owned?), Law or no law, that didn't stop them from
stating that candidates must be "ONLY H1B AND F1 CANDIDATES".
The second job ad appeared on an Indian owned website for jobs in New
Jersey. Forget figuring out the company because they go out of their
way to hide it. This job ad could be a fake or it's a fly-by-night
bodyshop. I did a web search for the phone number listed and it goes to
a cell phone in a Philadelphia suburb.
If one of you has the skills Aeri needs, why not give him a call. First
ask what company he is recruiting for, and then see if he will hire
you. The ad says "H1B's only please", but perhaps you can convince him
to hire a red-blooded American! Let me know when your start date is.
