ABC Worldnews tonight didn't air the interview with Michael Emmons on
L-1 visas. It was pre-empted for other news items. I contacted Emmons
and asked if he has received a confirmation from ABC whether they will
still use the show. He hasn't heard back from them yet so that might
not be a good sign.

Hopefully they will air the Emmons interview tonight. I will try to put
the interview online for those that miss it.

I was looking forward to your special news show called "Jobless in
America". The last two nights you haven't had this series because there
were important late breaking stories, but this series is important too.

Micheal Emmons was interviewed for this series. He was to talk about
L-1 visa abuse at Siemens. I would like to see that segment because
Emmons' message is a very important message for the public to hear.

American workers need to know more about nonimmigrant visas and I hope
that ABC news helps by airing that show.
