JOB DESTRUCTION NEWSLETTER

www.ZaZona.com

Everytime I send one of these job ads "for H-1Bs only" I get a lot of
emails similar to this: "somebody should do something about those ads."
That "somebody" is YOU, so instead of sending me emails, send a letter
to the EEOC and the Department of Labor in Washington D.C. Read the
newsletter "BofA Job in Phoenix - Part 2" for further information on
what to do. Also contact the Programmer's Guild because they have filed
complaints about jobs ads of this type:
http://www.programmersguild.org/

These agencies are more likely to respond if they receive numerous
complaints, so don't wait for someone else to take action. While you
are at it, complain about the BofA ad also.

WHAT NOT TO DO - VERY IMPORTANT!

Do not contact the employer about their anti-American ad. They will do
what BofA did - they will merely change it and claim it was a typo.
They will not change their hiring practices no matter what you tell
them.

I also get emails that "somebody should find a pro-bono lawyer to file
a lawsuit." Real-world lawyers, unlike their movie counterparts in
flicks like Philadelphia, don't want to spend their time on risky
lawsuits that have very little chance of making money. Believe it or
not, lawyers want to earn a living too and filing lawsuits costs time
and money. If you think there are lawyers just waiting to do lawsuits
for free, please find them. I have no information where free lawyers
may be contacted but if you are successful let me know who they are
after they agree to pro-bono work against H-1B abuse.

I also get emails that are similar to this: "somebody should collect
money and hire a lawyer". I invite everyone interested to start a
collection fund. When you have set up an incorporated non-profit
organization to do this, I will publicize your efforts on this
newsletter.

For those of you that still aren't convinced about pro-bono attorneys:

"Most lawyers do no pro bono work at all."
