Mr. Todd Miller, a Golf Course Superintendent at a country club in San
Antonio, Texas claimed that it was "impossible to hire hardworking"
laborers that would work for a pittance. He complained about a shortage
of laborers because it was difficult to find workers who were willing
to mow the greens and rake the sand traps under the blazing Texas sun.

Miller was perturbed that a very large percentage of the employees that
were hired, left his company as soon as they found a golf course that
paid better. He wanted a way to keep keep his chain gang tethered to
his golf course because of the hassle of constantly finding new
workers.

Miller found out that it was easy to hire indentured laborers from
Mexico by using H-2B and H-2A visas. It was so lucrative to exploit
desperate Mexicans that he set up a company called "Head Honchos".
Miller's company now acts as a middle man between companies that want
cheap labor and the starving Mexicans who are desperate to survive.

Miller solved another problem by using these visas: his boys can't
leave because they are indentured. If a worker doesn't perform up to
Miller's expectations, he just calls up the INS and has them deported.
He likes the fact that workers can be easily disposed of as soon as
they outlive their usefulness. On his FAQs page at his website, he
assures his customers how easy this is to do:

Question: If one of my employees leaves my company, can he/she gain
employment with another company?

Answer: No. If an employee leaves, it will be illegal for another
company to hire them. Reason being:

A. Your recruits visa is only legal and valid for your company.

B. Your recruits visa is stamped with your companys name and
address. Meaning the employee can only work for the company on the
visa.

C. Your recruit will be considered illegal and subject to deportation
by the INS if he/she attempts to gain employment at another location.

The following is is typed version of a brochure
from Head Honchos:

Dear Friend:

It is amazing even after 9-11 how many people are still sneaking
across the borders. There is no question that border security has
tightened and the 2,000-mile Mexican/U.S. border is now being watched
more closely than ever before. Unfortunately, people are willing to
risk it all, despite the increased chance of getting caught, suffering
terribly crammed into a trailer, or dying of dehydration as they
attempt to cross the harsh landscape. The government continues to
promote its "Stay out, Stay alive" campaign to warn about the dangers
of attempted border crossings. Many people on the United States side
take advantage of the Mexican people. In fact, recently another trucker
was caught red- handed smuggling illegals across the border. We
continue to hear these kinds of stories. In Arizona, 107 illegal
immigrants were found fighting for oxygen inside a trucker's car
trailer, while near Brownsville, TX, 15 severely dehydrated aliens were
discovered hiding in an industrial waste railroad car. These illegal
human cargo smugglers were caught, and prosecuted.

Here is my story
I have a great deal of interest in seeing workers from Mexico come to
the states through safe and legal means. Let me tell you my story. You
see, four years ago, I found myself desperate for workers. I was not
willing to break the law, yet I had to find a way to get legal and
reliable workers.

It was then that I discovered the H2 program, a federal program between
the farmer and the government, which allows for the hiring of seasonal
laborers from Mexico. It was not long after I became involved in the
program in order to satisfy my own labor needs that others heard of my
success and I began helping them to get workers.

Head Honchos processes H2-A and H2-B visas through a NO nonsense, turn
key process. It makes perfect sense for you to only hire workers during
the season when the workload is heaviest, from planting through
harvest.

The H2-A program requires farmers to provide housing at no cost to the
worker. Also, the farmer is expected to pay the state prevailing wage
as well as reimburse each worker for his bus ticket to and from Mexico.
This is a small price to pay for legal and reliable workers.
Here is what some of our farmers have to say:
"I have used Head Honchos for the last two seasons. Todd did exactly
what he said he would do for me. He is professional and quick to
respond to my questions." - Nate Honeycutt, NC
"I cannot imagine trying to farm without my H2-A guys. Head Honchos
sweats the details and gets me some of the best farm workers I have
ever had." - Corby Chitsey, TX
"Head Honchos helped me get quality people that were very excited to
come and work. I am very happy with the H2-A process. I will continue
to use Todd Miller and Head Honchos every year." - Terry Jones, Ohio
"I was tired of getting the runaround from the big grower's
association. They were always too busy for me, that is why I switched
to Head Honchos. They care!" - Ron Parker, MN
How does it work?
We serve as the go-between for the farmer and the government to
complete all of the mandatory paperwork, as well as assist each of your
workers in Mexico. You must allow three to four months to get your
workers. You will not believe how easy it is to get legal workers by
using our service!
You benefit from an amazing offer! Our time-tested system costs $1,800
to process up to 4 workers and only $2,400 to process from 5 to 15
workers. Our low risk payment plan states that only a small payment is
due up front, and the rest is not billed until you tell us that your
workers have arrived at your farm. Beyond that charge, there are NO
OTHER FEES or HIDDEN COSTS!

There are a few other companies and grower's associations that offer
the same service; however, Head Honchos is a small company that
concentrates on personal service. Our farmers find value in the honest
and prompt care we provide. For example, we return phone calls almost
instantly, even on the weekends. Please, I hope there is no
misunderstanding about our quality of care just because our fees are
lower. Give us a try and let us help you solve your farm labor needs.
Our written GUARANTEE states that if any of the workers that we recruit
leaves you within 30 days of their arrival, then we will refund the
money paid for that worker or we will replace the worker.

My home and business are in San Antonio, TX. You can reach me at any
time for questions or request a FREE recruitment packet. Call me at
(210) 695-1648 or visit our website at: www.head-honchos.com.

P.S.: When you send in this ad, we will automatically deduct $100 from
your final payment.
P.S.S.: Remember that it can take up to four months to get your
workers, do don't delay!
