H-1B and JOB DESTRUCTION NEWSLETTER

www.ZaZona.com

I have received a lot of emails asking if I knew what happened to the
website www.NoMoreH1B.com, so here goes:

Pete Bennett, the webmaster, creator, and owner of the website lost his
high speed service so he can no longer connect his web server to the
internet. Unfortunately his phone was part of his internet service so
he can't make phone calls either.

Pete has been unemployed for a long time. He lives in the San Francisco
bay area and as most of you know, the job market is glutted by H-1Bs.
The awful job scene made it futile for Bennett to find a reliable
source of income. Financial duress took its toll on him and put
tremendous strains on his family. He couldn't afford to maintain his
internet service so he was forced offline.

His situation is quite dire so it's unlikely that his website will go
online in the near future - but we can always hope he will find a way.
He is close to losing his house so he is probably too busy fighting for
survival to worry about his website.

Hopefully Pete will be able to bring his website back. Until then he
authorized me to direct his traffic to a ZaZona page which you can view
by going to http://www.NoMoreH1B.com.

I cannot contact Bennett because he called me from a friends cell
phone. Simply put, that means that I can't help you to contact him.
Please don't glut my email by asking me to do so.

My heart goes out to Bennett and his family, and I hope they find a way
to solve the crisis that has been forced upon them by government
policies that favor nonimmigrants over hard working, patriotic
Americans. Pete Bennett's departure from the fight against H-1B is a
tragic loss because he was doing some cutting edge research on H-1B. He
also had some innovative ideas on how to mobilize people and
disseminate information.

You can still view his website by going to Google, searching for his
site, and viewing the cache.

The last time I talked to Pete he still was able to maintain a sense of
humor. It was his idea to say that he was abducted by NIAs.
