2002 LCA Data Now Online

There is a new website that has the 2002 LCAs at http://www.h1b.info

In addition to a standard search form there are some cool report
features that allow you to get some basic statistics. Here is an
example of the reports. Detailed LCA data can be found by clicking on
each link.

This data is quite interesting because during Guy Santiglia's court
hearing to appeal the DOL decision on whether to further investigate
any wrong doing, Sun Microsystems said that they didn't hire H-1Bs
after he lost his job. This data proves otherwise.

The webmaster said that only 2002 data for H-1Bs will be put online, no
Green Cards or H-2B. Older data will not be archived at this site. The
bandwidth is limited so don't hit his site all at once!

online. I will probably wait until the Green Card data arrives because
this new database is sufficient for people that want to investigate
what has been going on in 2002.
