A subscriber to this newsletter noticed that Rapidigm had many LCAs for
California, but when he went to the Careers center of their site and
searched by Location, no jobs were listed for California. The implication
here is that Rapidigm is bringing in enough H-1Bs to cover all their needs
so they shut out anyone else - especially US programmers.

This got my curiosity going so I decided to compare their LCAs with their
location search for jobs. Since they list one office for states, I assumed
that any job offerings for that state would be in the corresponding city.
For example all Idaho listings would be in their Boise office.

Note: The total H-1Bs was made from the first 20 of 125 listings. If you
care to total up all of their LCAs I will publish your results. You can have
your name published or remain anonymous.
