The first item is a handout that Gene Nelson gave to various congressional
offices. The company he is referring to can be found in the LCA Database by
searching for "USDA A". His report follows. The CDROM he is giving to them
has the entire ShameH1B website, an introduction to a book Gene is writing
called "An American Scam - How Special Interests Undermine National Security
With Endless Techie Gluts", Norman Matloff's paper "Debunking the Myth of a
Desperate Software Labor Shortage", and many other materials concerning H-1B
and it's possible links to terrorism.
Homeland Security
USDA-ARS, a heavy user of H-1Bs, continues to make it easier for prospective
terrorists to learn how to weaponize anthrax. I would like to talk with you
about this issue and about the larger issue of the national security harms
of the H-1B visa program. I will be in Washington, DC until mid afternoon
Tuesday, September 10.

I spent my lunch hour with author Dan Greenberg at his Chevy Chase (DC)
home.
He is writing a book regarding research in universities that I hope I have
influenced by providing him with many information sources including U, B,
and
both David North publications. We discussed many of my sources, which he was
unaware of. He took some notes for future use. He was initially skeptical of
my
national security concerns but by the end of an hour-long collegial
discussion, he
seemed to be more receptive. He advised me to contact many different
university
presses to locate a publisher for my book. He then drove me back to the
Metro stop.
Dan's most recent book (2001) is Science, Money, and Politics: Political
Triumph
and Ethical Erosion.
