The Deptartment of Labor has finally put the LCA information online. You can
use their search engine at:

I believe that my online LCA Database put so much pressure on the DOL that
they decided that they must put the data online. They acknowledge that they
have been innundated with so many requests for data that they decided it's
easier to just put the data on the web.
The search engine very responsive and easy to use. Like ZaZona, they have a
limit on the number of searches, but they give you an option to see all of
the results with a delimited text file. Their most powerful feature is that
they allow you to view all the columns in the database. I wasn't able to
offer that feature due to budget restraints.
If the DOL maintains this database it will be a great resource for the
public to view these LCAs. Over the next several weeks I will consider
options for the future of the ZaZona database.
I just called the ETA office in Washington D.C. to inquire about this
database. They said the database is a beta version and is not linked to the
DOL website yet. They didn't know when it would be officially announced.
